🧄 Ingredients:
2 bunches of fresh parsley (finely chopped)
1/2 cup fine bulgur
2 medium tomatoes (diced)
4 green onions (finely chopped)
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (optional, finely chopped)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
